How to check if an address exists:
Use the following website to check if the result address exists:

If the address is not returned, we consider that the address doesn’t exist. However, in some cases, street imagery can reveal that the address does exist. If the official resources above did not find the address while other map apps finds it (or vice versa), be sure to also check the street imagery, if available.
