•To improve Relevance please ensure that you assess the relationship between user intent, prominence, and distance. It is very important that you research the query and result to come to an accurate rating. Please refer to the flowchart in section 5 Relevance Guidelines for more information.
•To improve Name Accuracy, it is very important that you research the Name Accuracy carefully, search an official website or social media page. Also, research using street imagery where available. All address results should receive a rating of N/A, please also watch out for classification. Please refer to section 6. Name Accuracy in the guidelines.
•To improve Address Accuracy, it is very important you research carefully on an official business/POI website and compare what is listed to the CSG then check the address components contain the correct information via Denmark’s Addresses website https://danmarksadresser.dk/ . •To improve Pin Accuracy quality scores, it is very important to carry out the appropriate research. This involves using street imagery and satellite view, where available, to verify the pin. You should always rate using the most favourable layer in TryRating. You should also refer to the guidelines section 9 – Pin Guidelines for more information, to help you come to an accurate rating.
•If the user is looking for a chain store result within a location modifier any results outside that locality should be demoted due to distance.
•If the user is outside the viewport and the viewport is stale, the relevance should be based on distance from the user’s location as per GL sections 2.3.2. Implicit Location – Stale example, and 5.4. Distance – Stale Viewport example
•If a query is for a specific street and postal code but the result is just the street. As per 10.1 sugarloaf example, the relevance should be demoted too Acceptable.
•When verifying the Address Accuracy, if the address contains extra but correct components, as per the MS GLs 7.6 the address should be rated as Correct with Formatting Issue. Check the Country Specific guidelines > 3. Result Expectation for the mandatory address components.
•A Pin should be rated Approximate when it falls on the part of the rooftop belonging to another POI instead of the POI in the result when verified via the official governmental website: https://t.ly/DnR80 and street level imagery (See GL chapt: 9.2.
