The first step of the evaluation process is to determine whether or not the POI listing is valid. Reasons that a POI may not be considered valid include:

POI Validity : No – Closed
To determine if the POI is valid, we first have to check if the POI exist.
Per official website of MCDonald’s https://mcdonalds.com.hk/ , we found that no branch is within the POI address 好運中心, while a branch is within a nearby mall 沙田中心. In the first sigh one may think that the address and pin is incorrect. However, after doing research, we find that there was a branch in 好運中心 which are closed https://s.openrice.com/QrbS0PrO000~dzfWFR 2IZ.
Hence the correct rating of validity of this case should be ‘No – Closed’
Address Rating for POIs Without an Official Address
There are some types of POIs that may not have an official address. These may be located in non-conventional areas, such as underground or on the side of the road, or are large or notable enough that an official address is not necessary for users to navigate there. Please review examples illustrated in GL. 5.2.
Once it has been verified that a POI does not have an official address, there are a few possible outcomes:

The POI is a bus stop located on the side of the street and is not expected to have a full address due to its non-conventional location. Per GL 5.2 POIs Without an Official Address, this address should be rated as OK Without. Review GL.5.5. Address Rating Examples Example [19th Ave & Taraval St Stop]
Don’t confuse with Search tasks address accuracy rating. Per Search GL8.3.2.1. Minimum Address Component, Transit POI only needs the locality, no street address necessary.

If the Transit POI is unattended, the URL and the phone number are not necessary and should be rated ‘OK Without’.
If the Transit POI is manned, the URL and the Phone number is expected if the official website exists and provides the phone number.
When you are evaluating Transit POIs, we recommend you to go through the following flow.

No phone number and URL were returned in Tryrating. Research shows that this is a light rail station that is not manned. Phone numbers and URL are not necessary for unattended POIs such as transit stop, an EV charger, or a bike sharing rack. When Tryrating does not list a phone number and URL for unattended Transit POI, you should select OK Without.

Please do not be confused with the location specific page and the general store locator page.
Sephora has a location specific page for a store located in K11 Art Mall:

There is no location specific page for PARKnSHOP located in Ap Lei Chau Estate, so returning the home page is Correct. Some might rate this as Partially Correct and provides the following link: https://www.pns.hk/zh-hk/store-finder. Please note that this link is a general store locator and should not be considered as a location specific page.It is a mistake to rate this example as Partially Correct. Please also review GL. 7.5. Each POI may only have a single best fit category that represents its dominant identity. For example, imagine a restaurant that advertises itself as serving both Chinese and Vietnamese cuisine, but its menu reflects that the restaurant is primarily known for serving Chinese cuisine. In this case, “Chinese” is the best fit category for the POI since that describes the dominant aspect of the POI.
When evaluating the POI’s category, consider the following:
∙ Is this category accurate for this POI?
∙ Is this the best fit category available in the category list?
Approximate – Category is too general
Per section 8.1. Category Rating Options, Approximate-Category is too general is applied when the category is accurate, but overly broad and after reviewing the potential category options, there are other categories that are more specific to the POI.
This Category accurately shows what this business does.
However, there is another category ‘restaurants.hkcafe‘ that describe better (茶餐廳), which narrow down exactly what kind of restaurant this is.
Hence the correct rating of category of this case should be ‘Approximate – Category is too general’
Pin rating for most POIs found under a rooftop is based on the best available evidence for that POI’s location. That is, the more evidence that can be found to verify a POI’s location, the more precise the pin’s location must be in order to be rated Perfect. (This is true whether or not the POI’s address includes a unit number because the goal is to find the location of the POI.)
If street imagery or other strong evidence can be found to confirm to a POI’s specific location under a shared rooftop, only that location will be considered Perfect.
If a shared rooftop can be identified but there’s no strong evidence to confirm the POI’s specific location under it, the entire rooftop will be considered Perfect.
If several rooftops share an address and there’s no strong evidence to confirm which rooftop the POI is under, all rooftops that share the POI’s address will be considered Can’t Verify.
The pin falls on the entrance of the POI, but not on the rooftop. Since it is within the boundaries of the POI, the rating should be Approximate as per GL 9.3 Single Rooftop. Please note that Perfect rating can only be selected when it falls on the rooftop of the property per GL 9.3 Single Rooftop.

Following some accuracy reviews for POI Evaluation, we have recently started to track raters that have not been following important policies around research sources for Hours Accuracy. The guideline states (10. Hours) that only official sources are allowed for hours ratings, yet we have seen raters use crowdsource review sites, competitor SERPs, 3rd party aggregators. Utilizing different sources heavily impacts the ability to generate consensus so we will be escalating these raters for you to review.
In some cases, raters outside of the project locale were unable to access the official source due to international access restrictions, and used an unofficial source as a result. As a reminder, the guidelines (Appendix: Releasing a Survey) states that POIs with international access restrictions on official websites should be released using the “Other” option.
This is considered a critical error, and we have begun to disqualify raters found in violation of this guidelines rule.

If a POI is expected to be always open and there are no listed hours, the rating should be OK Without.
This POI is always open, the Hours rating should be ‘Ok without’.
If a POI is always open and the listed hours indicate that the POI is open 24 hours each day, then the open hours are Correct.
The listed hours info matches the POI’s actual hours, the rating should be Correct.
