Use this rating if the TryRating result is a residential address (the rating should not be applied to POI addresses) and there is no evidence found that the address given actually exists. If sufficient resources are not available to make an informed decision, mark it Can’t Verify instead. If we find that the address does not exist, you will find one of the following scenarios with the appropriate rating.
•Response 1: TryRating will return the closest verified address. Rate relevance as Excellent.
•Response 2: TryRating will return the same address specified in the query. Rate relevance as Excellent and address as Incorrect – Address does not exist. The pin will be rated Can’t Verify.
•Response 3: TryRating will return the street without street number, which should be given a relevance rating of Acceptable.
