Use this rating if the TryRating result is an address (the rating should not be applied to POI and Business results!) and there is strong evidence the address does not actually exist. If sufficient resources are not available to make an informed decision, mark it Can’t Verify instead.
How to check if an address exists:
First, check on Correos Chile website if the result address exists:

If the address is returned, we should do a double check in street view or other maps application to double check that this address actually exist. If it is no evidence of ADNE then we can rated as existent.
If the result address is not identified by Correos Chile, try reformatting the address. This is necessary because the data on Correos Chile is not formatted the same way.
Try to add a zero to the beginning of the street number or reformat the street name to remove diacritics. If the street name is more than one word, play around with including or removing some of the words to see if you get a match. For apostrophes (like in O’Higgins), try to replace the apostrophe with a space, or try to remove it.
If there is no street imagery, check other sources such as 2gis.cl, Bing Maps, Google Maps, Openstreetmap. If there is clear concensus among 3 or more relaible independent sources, rate accordingly. If there is no clear evidence, rate Can’t Verify.
