When you have a question about a specific task, please always include a screen shot and the Task ID. Remember to check first if the Guidelines have an answer to your question.
General questions:
Please, even if the question doesn’t refer to that specific rating scenario, we need a Task ID to make sure that we are referring to the right project. Please note: We cannot answer questions about vague or hypothetical rating scenarios because the correct rating depends on many factors. Remember to check first if the Guidelines have an answer to your question.
Guidelines or Learning Material questions:
Please include the link of the guidelines document. For projects that have in task instructions, please include the Task ID.
Questions about feedback:
If you disagree with any feedback, we have shared with you, remember to check the Guidelines first. If after checking all relevant sections and examples, you still feel our feedback is inaccurate or you need further clarification, please include the following information:
