If a POI is not located at the given address but there are resources available to confirm that it is a service business operated out of a home. Please select the validity as No – service business out of a home according to GL Section 3.1. We have noticed analysts selecting No – closed which is incorrect.

Comments: Even though we cannot confirm if the POI is located at the given address or pin, the POI has an official website (https://www.shambhavik.com/) that confirms that POI is a home-based photography business. Many analysts would rate the validity as ‘No – Closed’ as the business cannot be found at the given location, which is incorrect. In such cases, we should rate the validity as No – Service business operated out of home.
Please pay close attention to the minor spelling mistakes in Locality names. If there is even a minor spelling mistakes and locality name is still recognizable, we will select the address as incorrect due to the misspelling and select the respective address component checkbox.

Note: Floor No. is an optional address component, we should not rate the address incorrect for missing Floor no. We have noticed analyst selecting Unit/Apt checkbox for a missing Floor No. in address.
In above example of Chai Point, the address is rated incorrect for missing building name. Even though 2nd Floor is missing from the address, we only select the checkbox for street number (building name).
If there is a minor misspelling in name that does not prevent identifying the name, we should rate the name accuracy as Partially Correct according to Guidelines section 4.1.2.1. Minor and Moderate Misspellings. Please pay close attention to any potential spelling mistakes in POI name. We have noticed many analysts rated the name accuracy as Correct even if there are spelling mistakes in POI name.

If part of address is in a different language or script, we should rate the address as Incorrect and select the check box for the affected address component. Please refer to the below example.
