If the user query is for a certain bank (For e.g. HDFC Bank) and the result is just an ATM, the relevance should be rated as Bad. Please see Country Specific Guidelines Section 5.16.

Even if the result is rated Excellent as per above, further demotions for distance will still be applicable as per General Guidelines.
Result Status is PERMANENT_CLOSURE
A Business/POI that has its status set to PERMANENT_CLOSURE requires special consideration while rating relevance. Please see General Guidelines Section 5.19.
Examples:
A result without any status indicated should be rated as usual, including when research indicates the business/POI is closed or does not exist.
Business/POI is Closed or Does Not Exist
No matter what is displayed in the status section of the result, you must still research the business/POI to determine whether it is open or not. if you rate the result as Business/POI is Closed or Does not Exist, you must still give a relevance rating as if the Business/POI is open and exists in the real world.
No Status Available in TryRating
Result Status is PERMANENT_CLOSURE
The relevance of business/POI that is Open/Exists in real world (with no status available in TryRating) should not be demoted just because a Closed/Non-existent result is available closer to the User or Fresh Viewport.
Changes in the name of Sub locality, Locality or State
Government of India can change the names of States, Sub localities, Localities or add new States, Union territories. The rating in such cases should always be based on the most updated name even though the official website suggests the older name of a city or state. Please see Country Specific Guidelines Section 5.13. For example an address with locality name listed as Bangalore will be rated as Incorrect as the name of the city has been changed to Bengaluru.
If the name of Sub locality, Locality or State has been officially changed but the result address still contains the old name, the address should be rated as Incorrect for the respective component.
If the result address has duplicate address components (For e.g. Locality is listed twice), the address accuracy will be rated as Incorrect and Other Issues checkbox should be selected. Please see General Guidelines Section 7.5
Other Issues checkbox can also be used for other purpose including when name of POI reappears in the address. Please re-read GL Section 7.5 for more details.
If the result address has a component which is not mandatory but optional, we should still verify the optional component using official sources. For e.g. if a result address contains a postal code which is an optional component as per CSGL, we would still verify if the postal code present in address is Correct using
India Post website. Please see Country Specific Guidelines Section 1.4. Result Expectation.
Components like Sub localities, Locality, State and Postal code in the result address might differ from the official address, this has to be verified as correct using Govt. Geo website or India Post website.
Coordinate and “My Location” Queries
Results for coordinates and “my location” queries are rated differently. Please see Search Guidelines Section 10.9.2.Coordinate and “My Location” Queries. Pin and Relevance are rated separately using a 50m radius around the queried coordinates or the user location (for “my location” queries):
Relevance:
• A result that does not exist or is outside of the 50m radius is rated Bad
There will be no Navigational results
Pin Accuracy:
Name and Address Accuracy for ‘My Location’ queries are rated as normal according to the regular guidelines
