We must research each result to verify the data with an official source (i.e., official website or claimed social media). Sources that are clearly
unreliable should not be considered at all.
Use official resources like businesses’ official websites, national postal service websites, and government websites whenever possible. (General guidelines, section 2.1.1)
If you can’t verify the data as correct or incorrect, rate Can’t Verify.
To give you some guidance, please see below some of the resources that Analysts from French Canada (fr_CA) market have reported to be helpful when performing research.

It is good for verifying addresses, but not always reliable, especially in more rural areas. Useful tip: sometimes Canada
Post has an address under a sub-locality rather than the main
locality. For example, some addresses are associated with the locality St-Hubert, which became part of Longueuil. Both localities are considered correct (see section 1.4.3 of the country-specific guidelines), but if you enter the address as “Longueuil”, the tool may not find it. The best approach is to enter only the street number and street name, and see what the tool suggests for the locality.
