It came to our attention that many analysts are not sure how to rate address accuracy when an official website uses an unexpected address format. Many analysts tend to wrongly rate such addresses as Incorrect Address. Please note that according to Map Search guidelines 7.7 Can’t Verify:
An address is rated Can’t Verify when it cannot be confirmed as Correct or Incorrect. This is usually the case when there is a lack of resources or a unexpected address format is given on the official website.
For example, if an official address of a petrol station is an intersection “Georgia y Nebraska Col. Napoles, C.P. 3810, Benito Juarez, Ciudad de México”
and the returned address is a full address i.e. “Calle Georgia 53, Nápoles, 03840 Ciudad de México, DF México” the majority of analysts rated address as Incorrect. Please note that the address should be rated as Can’t verify. Please see the example with correct ratings below:
