Name Accuracy: Incorrect
Once we rate Relevance, we move on to the Name Accuracy. I used a search engine to check some of the available resources to verify the name, which turned out to be Incorrect as it is missing critical part of the name (تلاﺎﻔﺗﺣلاﻟ ﺔﻟﺎﻳﺧﻟا ةرد ﺔﻋﺎﻗ). The final step for the Name Accuracy is to check the classification for the result. A correct name should also have a correct classification.

When rating Pin Accuracy, we must complete two separate steps:

1. To pinpoint the optimal location, extensive research beyond TryRating is required. Utilize various map applications and street imagery to precisely identify the location on a map.
2. Once the result’s location is determined, locate it on the TryRating map and compare it with the designated Pin location in TryRating. Solely rely on the map layers within TryRating for this final step. For instance, if the Pin is situated on the adjacent property in TryRating, evaluate and rate accordingly.

How to Get the Correct Address using Saudi National Address Website

First, go to Advance Search right below the search bar.

Place any Coordinates within Saudi Arabia by Longitude and Latitude without the “,”then click on search.

The mapping service will display the corresponding location on the map with all address components.

Address Does Not Exist Guide for Saudi Arabia

It came to our attention that many analysts don’t have the correct understanding behind when to rate address doesn’t exit. This document will help guide you on how to rate address doesn’t exit.
So, how do you confirm the existence/non-existence of an address in the KSA
market? Is there any official website or trusted step by step to follow that makes any
additional research unnecessary? First you need to check the street address based on the Saudi Post official maps:

This website should be the reference for Saudi Addresses. If for some reason there’s no Address found on Saudi post, check the address usingm multiple maps providers and see if you can reach a consensus.

Please note the following

• It is important to review section 7.2. Address Does Not Exist again.
• In rare cases, there can be an existing street address found in a different locality. Always mark such cases as Incorrect – Address does not exist and not as Incorrect – Locality.
• Use the Incorrect – Address does not exist checkbox for any Address Result
  that doesn’t exist, like a street or sub-locality result. This rating should not be
  applied to POI addresses.

Business/POI is closed or does not exist

Business/POI is closed or does not exist: Research shows that the business is closed or that no such business exists at the result address. For chain businesses, always check their store locator first! Please note that if you check this box, you will still need to rate the relevance of the result as if it did exist. Use your best judgment to determine whether the result does not exist, or if the result components are incorrect.
Checkpoint: When determining if the business is closed, please check to see 1. if the business exists in the immediate surrounding area, we will not consider the business closed, but the address to be incorrect. 2. We want to use all the information provided in TryRating, even information not rated, such as URL and phone number, to research the result.

Clearly unreliable sources should not be considered at all.
